These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dawaa now pharmacy delivery platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using Dawaa now.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dawaa now. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.
Placing Orders
Orders placed through Dawaa now are subject to availability and confirmation by the pharmacy partner. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. For prescription medications, you must provide a valid prescription as required by law.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Dawaa now accepts multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards and cash on delivery where available. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, pharmacy availability, and demand. While we strive for timely delivery, Dawaa now is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Prescription Medications
The dispensing of prescription medications is subject to applicable laws and requires a valid prescription. By ordering prescription items, you confirm that you hold a valid prescription for those medications. Dawaa now and its pharmacy partners reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with regulatory requirements.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, most items are non-returnable once dispensed for health and safety reasons. Refunds may be issued in cases of incorrect items delivered, damaged products, or order cancellations made within the permitted timeframe. Contact our support team to initiate a return or refund request.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Dawaa now platform are the property of Dawaa now or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Dawaa now is a platform that facilitates orders between customers and pharmacy partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawaa now is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of products dispensed by pharmacy partners. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, failing that, through the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the platform. Continued use of Dawaa now after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
